Service Project - Working towards Citizenship Belt Loop

Please bring to den meeting Nov 11.

Food collection for the Thanksgiving, fill a brown bag with:
Bag of Sugar
(2) Tin of tomatoes
(2) Tin of Tuna
Peanut Butter (plastic jar)
Bag of dry beans (2 lbs)
Long grain white rice (2lbs)
(2) Tin of Corn
Bag of Flour
Jelly (plastic)
Cooking Oil
Mac & Cheese (2 boxes)

Have the scout shop for the food & help pay for it with chore/allowance money. They will get a greater grasp of helping the needy when they put forth the effort & money.

Complete these three requirements:

  1. Develop a list of jobs you can do around the home. Chart your progress for one week.
  2. Make a poster showing things that you can do to be a good citizen.
  3. Participate in a family, den, or school service project.
  • Wolf Achievement 4e. could be partially met by Cub Scout Citizenship Belt Loop requirement 1
  • Wolf Achievement 4f. could be met while completing Cub Scout Citizenship Pin requirements 5, 6, 7, or 10
  • Wolf Achievement 9b. and c. could be partially met while completing Cub Scout Citizenship Pin requirement 4
Wolf Electives
  • Wolf Elective 12f. could be completed while completing Cub Scout Citizenship Belt Loop requirement 2
